If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please send it back. All we ask is that you return it within 30 days, with the relevant paperwork and in the same condition as when it arrived for a full refund.
Items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the date of invoice. These must be returned accompanied by our returns form in the condition they were received i.e. with hanger, all tags attached, and with any packaging materials used.
Please note the following:
Returns received after the 30 day period will not be accepted unless by prior arrangement.
A discretionary handling charge may be applied for goods returned without good reason.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items are returned safely, using a service where a signature is required on delivery. We do not accept liability for missing deliveries that have been returned on a non-tracked service.
Garments in packets will only be credited if they are folded, re-packed using all original materials and in 100% re-saleable condition. Extra care should be taken not to soil garments with make-up, pen marks, dirt, oil etc.
Goods that are made to order or are personalised cannot under any circumstances be exchanged or credited.
Once an order has been placed it can be cancelled, though this may be subject to a discretionary handling charge. We apologise, but personalised orders cannot be cancelled once placed into our system. If in any event you need to amend an order please call to check that this will be possible, and we will do our utmost to assist.
