Customer Service Advisor
Day to day you will find Katie working as part of the customer services team, taking orders, dealing with customer queries, taking new enquiries, putting together quotes and generally looking after her accounts. She enjoys the variety of her role, one minute she could be processing a simple order and next, advising on a complete uniform rebrand – no two days are the same.
Recently, Katie has enjoyed working with Sheppy’s Cider as part of a huge development and expansion of their brand. She has helped them with a new uniform, kitchen equipment and chemicals, and she worked with them to come up with solutions and answer questions smoothly. As part of this, ensuring that the ordering process is as smooth and streamlined as possible is just as important. With scenarios such as an order being required urgently, it’s vital that Katie can assist them straight away. This level of service builds good relationships with our customers and allows them to trust us to delivery anything they need, as promptly as possible.
Katie has worked with PVM for four and half years, starting as an apprentice back in 2013 in that time, she feels like both she and the company have come a long way:

It has been fabulous to be part of. I enjoy working with people who are always thriving to do the very best they can to ensure our customers receive the best possible service. When Katie isn’t at work she can be found watching football and spending time with her friends and family.
