At the heart of PVM you’ll find our dedicated team and it is each and everyone of them who help us be the best we possibly can, from the people working in the office, to those in the warehouse and out on the road. When 16-year-old Max Townsend from Queen Elizabeth’s School spent a week’s work experience with us, we offered him an insight into life as part of the team.

Everyone chipped into deliver the full PVM experience, just like we provide our customers. We’d like to thank Max for his help, interest and enthusiasm from start to finish and we are delighted that he gained so much from his week with us.

Here are some lovely words from Max about his experience…

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at PVM Supplies and I can safely say it has been an experience like no other. The hard working and professional staff are always aiming for perfection and always willing to go the extra mile for their customers – a valuable lesson that I have now learnt. I feel as though I have consumed more knowledge in one week that I had in the last three months of school.

This eye opening experience has not only taught me many lessons but has also helped me decide what I want to do in the future in terms of education and a long term career. The brilliant staff at PVM have all set prime examples for me to follow and have show me that setting standards and goals is a critical part of improving not only yourself but other around you. In one week I have looked at such range of areas starting with sales and ending in the warehouse, all of which has been interesting and fulfilling to be part of. As a business, PVM are a close unit and I am grateful to each and every member of staff who took the time to show me the ins and outs of the successful business.

I would like to thank everyone at PVM for the amazing opportunity and wish them luck in their future endeavours.
